Who is Beira?

A fluffy, friendly dragon who serves Queen Harmony of St. Aurora. Beira is happy-go-lucky and friendly, and very loyal to the queen. She loves playing in the snow, napping with Harmony, playing chase, suncatchers, and rainbows.

Her necklace is an enchanted artifact given to her as a gift from a friend, who is the queen of another kindgom, and it allows her to change size. With the necklace's magic, Beira can be small and holdable or big and protective (think Kero-chan from Cardcaptor Sakura). She has frost breath that is weak when she is small, and powerful when she is large.

Her head fluff does not have to be two "chunks," you can draw it however you like :)
You do not have to color-drop the reference, feel free to play with her palette as long as it's pastel!
Her spines start at the nape of her neck.
