Peanut butter oat balls

I love these things when I'm not too lazy to make them. Quick protein-filled snack! This recipe makes 6 balls.

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix thoroughly until combined.
  2. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  3. Use a spoon or tablespoon to divide the mixture into 6 balls, using your hands to form the ball.
  4. Eat one now if you'd like and store the rest in the fridge in a sealed container.

Notes: Good for up to one week after making...though I doubt they'll last you that long ;D
