Peanut butter oat balls
I love these things when I'm not too lazy to make them. Quick protein-filled snack! This recipe makes 6 balls.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips
- (optional) pinch of salt, to taste
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix thoroughly until combined.
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Use a spoon or tablespoon to divide the mixture into 6 balls, using your hands to form the ball.
- Eat one now if you'd like and store the rest in the fridge in a sealed container.
Notes: Good for up to one week after making...though I doubt they'll last you that long ;D
